Jeju Skinlab Returns & Refund Policy

At Jeju Skinlab, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products sourced from trusted independent wholesalers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The product is in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products, unless the item is defective.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Incorrect (not what was ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue. Where applicable, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with applicable consumer laws.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products returned after 14 days from delivery
  • Items not in original condition or missing packaging
  • Products purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Important Notice

Jeju Skinlab is a retailer and does not manufacture the products sold. While we take care in sourcing authentic products from independent wholesalers, we cannot guarantee manufacturer-specific outcomes or results. Product use is at the customer’s discretion.
